comparatives and superlative

At the beginning of this class the miss taught us by means of a document the comparative and superlative adjectives.
  • The comparative adjectives are used to compare differences between the two objects they modify (larger, smaller, faster, higher). They are used in sentences where two nouns are compared, in this pattern: Noun (subject) + verb + comparative adjective + than + noun (object).
  •  The superlative adjetives are used when three or more things are compared, the superlative form of the adjective is used to describe the object that is at the highest or lowest limit of the group. This usually means -est is added to the end of the adjective, as in "tallest," "smallest," or "hardest."
Then we did a job with exercises to improve what we learned.
